Deep values work is the key to creating fulfilling and purposeful lives. Values drive our decision making and behaviours. If we do this deep and intensive work, we can make decisions easily and effortlessly aligned with the things that matter most in our life (our values) versus being guided by other people's values - like our parents', our community or cultural values and so forth - which often we adopt without questioning. But on a deeper unconscious level, these values we adopt as we grow up (often unconsciously), can sabotage our happiness and success.
