Rachel Petero, talent expert, HR professional and ICF credentialed coach recently launched #rise2025 - a global leadership and coaching programme designed to develop indigenous women to support communities, corporates and countries using the leadership skills of coaching. Rachel and Empower-World co-founder Jeanine Bailey began the programme's 10-year vision of supporting 100,000 indigenous women and girls around the world on December 9, 2015 in Wellington, New Zealand with 16 Māori women. This initiative is also in partnership with Māori Women's Development Inc.
